Which one should I start with?
A single adult salt session, $45, with a full year to use it. It is the least you can spend to find out whether this is for you.
What actually happens in a salt session?
A halogenerator grinds 99.99% pure grade sodium chloride into micronised particles and disperses them through the room. You sit back and breathe normally. It is drug free and non invasive.
Do memberships bill monthly or all at once?
Monthly. Every price in the memberships section is a monthly rate, and the commitment length is printed under it, one month, three, or twelve depending on the tier.
Does “unlimited” really mean unlimited?
It means no session count, inside the pass's own rule. The unlimited infrared sauna month, for instance, allows one session per day. Whatever the limit is, it is on the card.
Can children use the salt rooms?
Yes. There is a dedicated Children's Salt Room with its own salt floor and toys, and its own pricing, sibling rates and memberships.
When should I arrive?
Fifteen minutes early on a first visit. Sessions start promptly and we do not let people into the therapy rooms once a session has begun.
