What we offer
Four ways to slow down.
Each service has its own page with times, prices and what to expect. A single $45 salt session needs no membership.
Salt therapy
One room for adults and one built entirely for children, with its own salt floor and toys. Children's sessions are $20.
Infrared sauna
Full spectrum heat and an unhurried, deep sweat. Chromotherapy is included at no extra cost.
Red light therapy
Ten quiet minutes under the panel, added to whatever else you booked that day.
Hair services
Cuts, colour and extensions, so a reset and a haircut share one trip.
Ready when you are
There is no wrong time to start.
Forty five minutes in the salt room, a slower sweat in the sauna, or both. Come fifteen minutes early on your first visit and we will walk you through everything.
